These are the limitations of the Sales Pipeline Manager in Power BI:
1. There are only 12 stages in the sales funnel (by default first is NEW and the last stage is CLOSED). That is 10 intermediate sales stages that can be customized to your need.
2. All the data excel files of sales person and the Settings sheet should be in a SharePoint folder, similar to this:
