There are two types of colored cells in the Leave Manager Excel Template:
1. Based on a conditional formatting
2. Direct cell color
These two have to be approached separately, in different sheets of the template as shown below:
1. Settings (Conditional Formatting).
2. Balance Report header (Direct cell color)
3. Employee Report - Legend (Direct cell color)
4. Employee Report - Employee Calendar (Conditional Formatting)
5. Employee Report - Total for each leave type Header (Direct cell Color)
6. Team Dashboard - Legend & Total Header (Direct Cell Color)
7. Teadm Dashboard - Calendar (Conditional Formatting)
Below is an example to change each of these color types in cells:

For conditional formatting, you need to select the cell that might have a color and follow the below steps: (In the below example, I will show the color change in the Employee Report Calendar)
1. Select a cell inside the calendar: (I have selected cell C12 as shown below)
2. Go to Conditional Formatting from Home ribbon -> conditional Formatting - > Manager rules:
3. If you want to modify the vacation color shown in Red (Parental Leave Type from the above example) to different color, select the same and click edit:
You can choose to change the color of any of the rules written in the Rules Manager based on your need.
Direct Cell Color:
For direct cell color change, you need to select the cell and go to Home ribbon and change the cell and text color as per your requirement: (For example, I am using the Headers in Balance Report)
1. Select the cell.
2. Go to Home ribbon and change color as shown below:
