In this article, we will go over the automated reports that are part of the Power BI (PBI) template.
The first page in the PBI file is the HOME page.
The page has links to the 10 reports that are part of the template. It also displays the key metrics.
In Power BI Desktop, you can click on any of these metric visuals and then replace the metric with any of the 32 metrics that are available. So, this display of metrics is completely customizable.
The report shows the Headcount Metric by various dimensions or segments like Department, Location, Job Type, Gender, and more.
Diversity report shows the overall mix of employees by Gender, Age Group, Tenure Group and Ethnicity. It also shows the mix within each department.
