For Recruitment Manager V2If you are looking to change the recruitment funnel values from percentages to actual values, follow the steps given below:

1. Unhide the "HELP" sheet by right-clicking on any sheet:

2. Paste the below formula in cell K5 in the Help sheet:

=SUM(H5:$H$10)

3. Then select the cell K5 to K10 and press CTRL+D together

4. Back in the Dashboard sheet, Right click on the funnel and select format chart area:

5. Then click any percentage and select Label option as shown here:

6. Check Value from cells under the "Labels Options", this prompts to select a data range

7. Select the range K5 to K10 from the HELP sheet and click OK

This will change the percentages to actual values in the recruitment funnel.
