The PTO Manager (Salaried) Google Sheet template has an App Script that needs to run successfully to update the current and future date PTO balances of Employees.

To achieve that, please follow the steps:


1. Make a copy of the template in a Google Drive of your choice.
Please note, while copying the document the prompt will show the presence of an App Script code, 


2. Open the copied template and entered the data, click on "REFRESH ALL" button in the BALANCE Sheet which will show a prompt to authorize as below:


3. Click on Continue and choose an account and "Allow" access (typically your Gmail account)


4. Once you've successfully allowed access to run the code, click on the "REFRESH ALL" button and you should see the script running (as shown below) and the PTO Balances gets updated successfully.
